Founder, Elysium Ventures LLC
Aatir has spent about seven years in federal cybersecurity. His work has centered on the NIST Risk Management Framework, Authority to Operate packages, and the engineering needed to secure systems running in the cloud.
He formed Elysium Ventures in January 2025 to build businesses around that experience: consulting for programs working toward authorization, hands-on training for people entering cloud security, software that records what AI agents actually did, and a small practice that builds and maintains websites.
He runs the company directly and is the person you will hear back from.

How the company operates
One entity. Several focused businesses.
Elysium Ventures LLC is a single Virginia limited liability company. Elysium Cyber, Elysium Intern, Attestia and Elysium Builds each have their own name, their own site and their own way of working with clients, but all of them are operated by the same company.
That means one set of company records. Contracts, invoices and tax forms for any of the four businesses are issued by Elysium Ventures LLC. The details are on the company information page.
